WHEN SHOULD I GET AN EYELID PLASTIC SURGERY?

HEALING AND RECOVERY AFTER EYELID PLASTIC SURGERY
Swelling and haematoma are expectable in the post-operative period, due to be absorbed in 6-8 days, maximally in 10 days.
The eyes should be protected from intense sunlight; sunglasses are recommended to wear thus preventing the eyes from winking against the strong light.
Painting of the eyes is recommended only after the 8th day. Sauna, sport activity and solarium usage are to be avoided in the first week.
Work capacity returns in 6-8 days, sutures of the upper eyelid are removed in the 6th day after the treatment.
